ESC Steel Sheet Piling
ESC's sheet pile product line incorporates the largest number of profiles in the world, with over 450 profiles amongst 13 pile profile designs. The profiles vary from 3mm to 22.0mm thickness and 400mm width all the way up to 1,800mm.

These include Hot Rolled Sheet Piles, Cold Rolled Sheet Piles and Cold Formed Sheet Piles. ESC is a pioneer of Wide Profile Cold Formed Sheet Piles backed by global patents.
ESC has economically supplied sheet piles to projects from as little as 8 tons all the way up to an excess of 20,000 tons. We are proud to say we have delivered to every continent in the world, including Antarctica.

ESC Pipe Piles
ESC is able to produce a large range of pipe piles of up to 4,267mm diameter and 100mm thickness. It's manufacturing capabilities for steel pipes include LSAW, SSAW and ERW processes.
ESC has recently delivered in 2015 it's longest pipe pile to date of 65m length, where it was successfully delivered and installed off a 50m high crane in an offshore application. Another recent order of pipe has a record of 120 metric tons per piece.
Within ESC's steel pipe range are dredging pipes, riser pipes and chemical transmission pipes. All conform to relevant international design and quality standards

Cathodic Protection
ESC is able to supplement it's sheet piling series by offering high quality strutting system engineering design and supply. To aid reusability of strutting materials and prefabrication prior to arriving at the construction site, ESC is proud to offer it's prefabricated ESC-PST series which reduce both wastage, preparation and installation time. ESC is experienced in both conventional and unconventional strutting design.
